All HFC athletes will submit Progress Reports 4x during each semester (Fall/Winter).

Learning Lab... 6 hours
All wrestlers are required to log a minimum of 6 hours inside the Learning Lab (Building A).

Sportsmanship
All HFC Varsity athletes must represent Henry Ford College with appropriate behavior on overnight trips. We only travel with student-athletes who represent HFC with class.
Practice Schedule
Arrive at 3pm and go straight to locker room to change. Help set up and mop mat. Warm-ups begin at 3:25pm.

Showers
Showers are mandatory after every practice and competition. Skin infections are rampant, so we need to be proactive as a team with hygiene.

Be responsible and make the weight you are supposed to. Integrity means, "You do what you say you will do".

Academics
All HFC Varsity athletes must have 100% attendance in class. Professors will drop students after 3 unexcused absences and this will negatively affect your Financial Aid.

Home Events
All wrestlers are required to help set-up gym before and clean-up after home events. Hosting a tournament requires everyone's help.

HFC Van departs on most Fridays at 3:30pm. Be on time!

Enhanced Drivers License
All Varsity wrestlers must have an enhanced drivers license or REAL ID in order to travel to Thunderwolves Open. We drive through Canada to save significant travel time to New York.
We fly to NJCAA Championships and you MUST have REAL ID (star) beginning May 3, 2023.
