Showers
Showers are mandatory after every practice and competition. Skin infections are rampant, so we need to be proactive as a team with hygiene.
Weigh-Ins
Be responsible and make the weight you are supposed to. Integrity means, "You do what you say you will do".
It is disrespectful to your opponent, the opposing team, the opposing coach, your team, your coach, your family and more importantly to yourself...if you miss weigh-ins.
