Training Routines
Rule #1
Coach's Choice trumps everything. There will be times that we will break away from normal routines to address individual & team needs.
The schedule below is a rough outline of our weekly practice schedule during November/December/January.
October will be focused on easing into physical conditioning and teaching our Hawks System of Wrestling (Matrix) and February will focus on short intense 1 hour practices.
