HHawks Wrestling System is continuously being updated as trends in our sport emerge. This system is delivered in step-by-step instruction at our Training Center during May, June & July on Sunday's from 4-5:30pm for grades 5-12.
College wrestlers are required to learn HWS as well as develop their individual game-plan throughout the season.
Practice plans are updated daily/weekly in our Hawks Blog for athletes to read before stepping on the mat for practice. It answers the question, "What are we doing today?".
