Reasons for cancellation of the Scholarship Agreement at Henry Ford College include: 1. Failure to meet NJCAA eligibility requirements: a. Enrollment in 12 credit hours during the season(s)of competition b. Maintain Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.75 for the first season of play, and 2.0 in each subsequent semester c. Pass 12 credit hours for each full-time semester of enrollment 2. Failure to attend weekly CHAMPS Program sessions conducted by the Athletic Department unless excused by the Director of Athletics (CHAMPS is scheduled every Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m.) 3. Failure to participate in all team activities (Hawks Sports Orientation, Vision Forum, community service, practice, competition and fundraising) unless excused by the Head Coach 4. Failure to comply with Team Rules.
