Attention Seniors in Wayne County:
“Only 3.3% of high school wrestlers will ever compete at the collegiate level”. This statistic is sad, but true.
If you still want to continue wrestling but do not have the grades or money to attend a NCAA school, please consider Henry Ford Community College or U of M Dearborn.
HFCC and UM-D compete in the NCWA (National Collegiate Wrestling Association). These two schools practice together and travel to the same tournaments.
There are approximately 38 high school wrestling teams in Wayne County. Help build a college program in Southeast Michigan.
We are looking for 20-30 wrestlers to join the Hawks & Wolverines Wrestling Club in the 2014-2015 academic year.
