Consistency is key. Show up to practice everyday and “pound the rock”. Pick 2-3 skills you need to focus on and continuously develop your Individual Game Plan (IGP).
Push yourself during drills
Sprint harder
Workout with someone who is stronger
Do extra work outside of 3-5pm
Ask a teammate for help
Ask a coach for help
Focus on 1-2 takedowns and drill HIGH REPS
Read a book
Write down your goals
Talk to yourself positively
Quit feeling sorry for yourself
